I am a certified "Primal Questions" life coach. I help leaders and all kinds of people who want to live refreshed, full of integrity, and become emotionally healthy in their lives. This will produce satisfying relationships, and help you create a vibrant culture that honors others.

With over 17 years of experience in leadership in Christian ministry as a worship leader, teacher, and life group leadership, I have assisted many people in their personal, spiritual, and musical growth. I am passionate about healthy leadership and emotional maturity, and I enjoy seeing people achieve wholeness and clarity in order to reach their full potential as God intended.
